IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant Group Training Program

New for 2018 we will offer a group training program for athletes racing IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant. This will be a fixed program leveraging our experience in coaching almost fifty successful IRONMAN finishes, which includes fifteen finishes on the IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant course! The group training program is a 30 week starting January 15th and will be designed for beginner to intermediate athletes. All athletes will receive the same schedule, but each athlete will receive customized training zones (heart rate, pace and/or power) and have the benefit of a watchful eye looking over their training.

As we approach IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant each athlete will receive a customized race and fueling plan. We will arrange a pre-race strategy and post-race debriefing sessions. Your coach will be on site to address any race week questions or issues.

The plan will be we customized for IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant. Throughout the season, the average amount of training is approximately 15 hours per week with your peak weeks being between 20-22 hours per week.

The cost of the program is $125 per month. Workouts will be delivered in 3-week blocks. At any time you may upgrade to a Personalized Plan ($200 per month) or Weekly Coaching ($350 per month).  Our $150 startup fee does apply, as part of which you will receive a welcome package, which includes a race kit.

Thursday – Mid-distance ride & short run
Friday – Swim & short run
Saturday – Long ride with a run off the bike
Sunday – Mid-distance ride
