  • How do I register? What happens after I register?

    Take a look at our Services page to see what plan works best for you. Contact Us and we will set up time to meet up either via phone or in person to provide additional information and ensure we are a good fit! After you register - the first few weeks will be focused on getting you acclimated and determining your current level of fitness. From there we will proceed with preparing you for your race.

  • How are you different from other coaching services?

    Revel uses an organized, quantitative approach to our coaching methods to help you attain your goals. We believe that each athlete is different and we will work together to find an individualized plan that works best for your schedule, preferences, and goals. In addition we are truly focused on community - and believe training, socializing, and having each other makes us all better athletes! Lastly, we are dedicated on giving back through sport. We give back 10% of all our profits from coaching services to charity.

  • How do I stay connected with the club and other members?

    Our team members regularly connect via our monthly socials or group workouts. If you live far away - do not worry! We also have a channel we use to chat with one another daily. In addition a club on Strava where we can all give each other kudos and support one another!

  • How often do you review workouts?

    Workouts are generally reviewed at the end of the week prior to scheduling the following weeks workouts. However, athletes are able to comment on workouts and every attempt is made to address the athletes concern within 24 hours. Communication is key for success. We encourage athletes to leave comments if a workout went really well, or really poorly so we can help trouble shoot!

  • Do I need to be in shape before I start being coached?

    No! Whether you’ve been training for years or just getting started, we are here to help. The pre-conditioning phase is one of the times athletes are most likely to get injured as it is common for them to push too hard, too soon.

  • Will you tailor specific workouts and plans to my specific needs (i.e. schedules, injuries, etc.)?

    Absolutely! Personalized training plans are the core of our business. We will enable you to achieve your goals by working with you to come up with a plan specific to your needs.
