Swim sessions

Before finding triathlon, I spent 15 years swimming and 5 years on deck coaching swimmers. Helping to improve swim technique is one of our specialties. These sessions can either be done in the pool or in open water. Pool sessions are best for breaking down and rebuilding your stroke. This way we can be on the deck, by your side, constantly tweaking your stroke. Where allowed, we will captures some video so you can see what you’re doing in the water.

Open water sessions are best for tips sighting, entry and exit from the water, or seeing what happens to your stroke when you are outside of the bounds of the pool. During these sessions, your coach will be on a paddleboard, allowing us to be by your side, giving tips.

Are you anxious in the water? We are also happy to set up a session just to swim or paddle by your side.

Bike sessions

Just pedal, right? Not so simple. How do you maintain your power? How do you shift? How do you adjust your position? We can help will all those things!

We can also set up a session to practice handing off water bottles, changing tires, and reviewing roadside repairs.

Not comfortable on your bike? We are happy to plot out a quiet route to ride by your side.

Run sessions

Run sessions are typically done at the track. We will check out your gait, give you tips for improving efficacy and run through some drills to improve your stride!

Rates

In-person sessions are billed at a rate of $120 per hour for non-team members or $100 per hour for team members. Want to make this a group session? We can add in additional people for $50 per hour. Athletes are also responsible for any fees associated with entry into any facilities.
